Chief Operating Officer

Nicholas Wilson is responsible for overseeing internal operations for Douglas Wilson Companies, as he works closely with the receivership team to provide unique solutions to real-world problems.

As President, Michele Vives provides exceptional real estate development and advisory services for DWC and its clients. Her Advisory Services clients seek her strategic counsel in complex, high-value projects.

Ryan Baker
Vice President

Ryan Baker has extensive receivership and fiduciary experience spanning regulatory, operating company and real estate receiverships. He has been appointed on or overseen 150+ Receiver, Provisional Director, Trustee and Partition Referee matters.

Thomas Olson
Managing Director, Brokerage Services

Mr. Olson is responsible for the oversight and management of Douglas Wilson Companies’ brokerage services division and for the development and execution of its commercial real estate marketing programs.

Alex Beaton
Project Managing Director

Mr. Beaton specializes in development and construction management, including support for underwriting, acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, permits, fee estimating, leasing and disposition, debt and equity sourcing, marketing, and close-out and litigation support.

Rene Weidman
Controller

Ms. Weidman leads all accounting operations for Douglas Wilson Companies. A Certified Public Accountant with a background in forensic accounting, Ms. Weidman supports DWC’s corporate operations, projects and client-facing assignments.

Michael Wilson
Associate Director

As Associate Director, Mr. Wilson supports the firm’s project staff including project management, asset and property management and all other internal logistical support of DWC’s assignments.

Kristine Bickings
Office Administrator

As DWC’s Office Administrator, Ms. Bickings manages and coordinates a variety of administrative and marketing projects for the firm, including executive-level support, operational functions and project support.

Monica Garcia
Project Associate

In support of DWC’s internal operations and growth across new projects, Ms. Garcia augments the firm’s administrative team through project support, accounting, project organization, and operations-related functions.

Lisset Rocha
Staff Accountant

Ms. Rocha provides financial and administrative accounting support internally and across the company’s business channels. She leverages her accounting experience to complete day-to-day accounting for DWC and its clients.
