Douglas Wilson leads DWC with over 40 years of development, receivership, and real estate management experience. He has developed numerous landmark projects and has served as a Court-Appointed Receiver in over 1,200 cases.

Nicholas Wilson is responsible for overseeing internal operations for Douglas Wilson Companies, as he works closely with the receivership team to provide unique solutions to real-world problems.

As President, Ms. Vives runs the operations of the firm and provides real estate development, fiduciary and advisory services for DWC and its clients. Known for her ability to reach project consensus and problem resolution, the firm’s clients seek her strategic counsel in complex projects.

As Managing Director for DWC, Joe Corcoran applies his career experience in real estate and hospitality to provide receivership and real estate services to DWC’s clients across Texas and the southwestern U.S. — as well as nationally.

Mr. Olson is responsible for the oversight and management of Douglas Wilson Companies’ brokerage services division and for the development and execution of its commercial real estate marketing programs.

Mr. Beaton oversees Douglas Wilson Companies in development and construction management, including support for underwriting, acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, permits, fee estimating, leasing and disposition, debt and equity sourcing, and close-out and litigation support.

Ms. Weidman leads all accounting operations for Douglas Wilson Companies. A Certified Public Accountant with a background in forensic accounting, Ms. Weidman supports DWC’s corporate operations, projects and client-facing assignments.

As Director, Mr. Wilson supports the firm’s project and advisory staff including project management, asset and property management and all other internal logistical support of DWC’s assignments.

As Project Manager, Mr. Hemmingson applies his asset and property management experience to support a variety of DWC business channels including receiverships, workouts and real estate services.

Ms. Rocha provides financial and administrative accounting support internally and across the company’s business channels. She leverages her accounting experience to complete day-to- day accounting for DWC and its clients.

As Director for DWC, Ms. Cuevas manages and facilitates a variety of project-related functions for the firm, including executive-level project support and coordination.

In support of DWC’s internal operations and growth across new projects, Mrs. Wilson provides project support, accounting, organization, and internal operations management.

As Office Administrator for DWC, James W. Johnson manages and coordinates a variety of administrative and marketing projects for the firm, including executive-level support, operational functions and project support.
