As Receiver, DWC conducted a full evaluation of the property, reviewed entitlements, and oversaw the golf and food-and-beverage operations supported by 100 employees. After the plaintiff completed foreclosure, DWC was retained to continue managing the golf course and the 136-lot residential community while executing a disposition strategy. This included directing brokerage efforts, preparing due diligence packages, evaluating costs to complete subdivision improvements, and addressing homeowners’ association matters. Throughout the process, DWC collaborated closely with the planning and engineering departments of Placer County, California.

The property was eventually sold.
