DWC managed the general upkeep of the properties, secured and controlled access to the finished houses, and addressed environmental issues such as erosion control and water intrusion. The company reconciled all outstanding liabilities associated with the properties such as property taxes and association regime fees.  DWC worked with various buyers and real estate brokers to create interest in the properties, and to ultimately sell them.
