Project Description

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC), agent for Receiver, was tasked to take possession and control of all real and personal property associated with the development.

Scope of Work

DWC managed the day-to-day operations, project accounting and base negotiations associated with the property’s existing tenant lease, including the procurement of SNDA’s from the tenants. DWC also coordinated the completion of certain off site improvements as required to release construction bonds held by Clark County.
