Project Description

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC) was retained to handle all aspects of managing and marketing the project and providing leasing services.

Scope of Work

DWC managed the property and construction efforts while overseeing the marketing and leasing of individual units. DWC successfully secured Nextel Communications to occupy more than 100,000 square feet as anchor tenant in the office building and was then retained to provide leasing oversight of 80,000 square feet in the project. Later, it assisted the property’s ownership and broker in various sales capacities, including obtaining tenant estoppel and subordination documentation, preparing income/expense prorations and coordinating service transfers.

Project Resolution

DWC increased the leasing from 38% to 95% and assisted the owners in the sale of the building.
