As Managing Director, Ms. Whitney Blundell is responsible for DWC’s in-house property and asset management operations, providing more than a decade of asset management expertise. Prior to joining DWC, Ms. Blundell worked in the Southern California real estate market with private regional firms as well as institutional ownership and global REITS. During that time, she was responsible for the leasing and asset management of more than 10 million square feet of industrial, office and retail product, including high-growth portfolios.
Ms. Blundell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University Channel Islands. She has earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management and was selected by the Los Angeles/Orange County chapter NAIOP Young Professionals Group “35 under 35” in 2017 – 2018. In addition, she has participated actively in NAIOP San Diego’s Developing Leaders program.

JCNI has a goal to sustainably redevelop 50 acres in southeast San Diego, while providing essential services, housing, and commercial and service enterprises to the communities it serves. Ms. Blundell manages all property and asset management duties for the project.
