In her role as Office Administrator, Kristine Bickings provides administrative and project support to DWC and the company’s executives, including coordination of many of the company’s marketing initiatives. Ms. Bickings works closely with the executive team to manage marketing tasks and communications, including client-facing presentations and proposals. In addition, Ms. Bickings coordinates and supports DWC’s events and office activities.
Ms. Bickings applies her experience in human resources and office management to her role with DWC, including past work overseeing an array of operations and compliance functions. Most recently, she served as an office and human resources manager for a San Diego-based electronic waste management organization, where she oversaw employee productivity and deadlines, developed office policies and procedures, and recruited and trained office staff. Her experience also spans state reporting, compliance, scheduling, lease management and marketing for industrial and commercial real estate management companies.
A San Diego Native, Ms. Bickings studied general education at San Diego Miramar College.
