Scope of Work:
Performed receivership and property management functions for the Superior Court of Santa Clara County. Prepared numerous property redevelopment scenarios and financial projections. Supervised leasing activities and coordinated tenant improvement construction. Assisted owner with the sale of the property to a local investor group.
