Project Description:
A 92-property portfolio that included 88 Super Shops automotive parts stores with service facilities, totaling approximately 600,000 square feet, located in 27 states as well as three warehouse/distribution facilities in three states. Also included was a 88,000-square-foot national corporate headquarters office building in Reno, Nevada.

Scope of Work:
Designed and implemented a nationwide disposition plan that included asset valuation and pricing, local regional and national marketing campaigns, contract negotiations, contract preparation, bankruptcy court approval, escrow oversight, and closing. Plan resulted in recovering more than $50 million in capital.
