Douglas Wilson Companies served as a court-appointed rents and profits receiver for this apartment complex to oversee the operations of the property. Duties included preserving and protecting the asset, along with hiring and managing the on-site property management. During this period, the physical condition of the property, along with the rent occupancy was vastly improved.
