Project Description:
A five star luxury report consisting of 286 guest rooms, extensive meeting and banquet facilities and a tennis club located in the foothills overlooking Rancho Mirage, California.

Scope of Work:
The Company provided consulting, receivership and bankruptcy services; developed and implemented business and cash management plans required to transfer assets from Chemical Bank to Olympus Real Estate Company ($36 million loan). The Company provided oversight and management services for operations during the eight month ownership transition period. In addition, the Company coordinated the transfer of title and liquor licenses to the new owner.
