Project Description:
An 18-hole, Pete Dye designed championship golf course and 75 custom home sites overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
 

Scope of Work:
Initial tasks included assisting in negotiating cash collateral budgets, monitoring the debtor's use of cash collateral and conducting other forensic accounting projects. Following the Bankruptcy Plan confirmation, the Company's duties were expanded to include construction oversight of a major landslide repair and other improvements, as well as the management of the golf, banquet, and restaurant operations. Later, the Company assisted with escrow prorations and transitional matters in connection with the sale of the property.
