Project Description:
Served as Receiver of the 100 room, full service hotel located near San Jose, California and was subsequently retained as its manager following discharge.

Scope of Work:
As Receiver, Douglas Wilson Companies hired all of the employees under its personnel company and restored relationships with existing vendors. Guided the property and employees through the foreclosure process and was subsequently retained by the new owner as manger of the property. As manager, Douglas Wilson Companies made improvements to the existing sales and marketing program and coordinated the transfer of the liquor license to the new owner.
