Project Description:
A 2,500 acre cattle ranch, 150 horse boarding facility, equestrian center, 300 acre coconut tree plantation, local water district and 10-room inn overlooking the Pacific Ocean on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii.

Scope of Work:
The Company provided consulting, management and accounting services. Developed and implemented business and cash management plans required to rehabilitate and operate the asset on a limited budget. Conducted a comprehensive forensic accounting analysis, analyzed contracts and handled negotiations with a wide variety of vendors and suppliers. Coordinated with various County of Honolulu public agencies to resolve environmental concerns, permitting and planning issues, and issues related to operation of the local water district.
