Development and sale of 300 single-family homes with twelve floor plans ranging in size from 1,257 to 3,305 square feet.

Scope of Work:
Served as a court-appointed Receiver to oversee the operations of this residential homebuilder involved in a partnership dispute. Prepared and fully implemented a business plan which included the marketing, construction and sale of over 300 single family homes. The homes were constructed and sold over an approximately 18-month period generating over $ 60 million in sales.
