Project Description:
A 93 lot custom-home subdivision located in a rural area of Nevada County north of Sacramento. The proposed project is equestrian themed with average lot sizes of 2.5 acres surrounded by 560 acres of open space.

Scope of Work:
Appointed Receiver in a partnership dispute to conduct forensic accounting, preserve the land use entitlements for the residential subdivision and provide brokerage services in connection with the sale of the property.
