Project Description:
In June 2002, Burnham Pacific Properties, Inc., a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), delisted and transferred its remaining assets and liabilities to the BPP Liquidating Trust. Douglas P. Wilson was named Co-Trustee of the Trust and charged to perform an orderly liquidation.

Scope of Work:
Liquidation of the Trust included completing the sale of the remaining real estate assets, collecting receivables, managing outstanding litigation and satisfying unsettled liabilities of the Trust. The liquidation was completed on December 29, 2005.
