Scope of Work:
Provided receivership services to takeover and manage the 18-hole golf course, pro shop and food and beverage concession. Developed and implemented comprehensive business and marketing plans. Streamlined operations and implemented cost saving measures. Addressed environmental issues associated with wetland areas and preserved the liquor license.
