Asian food importer and distributors located in Los Angeles, California.

Scope of Work:
Appointed by the Superior Court, Los Angeles County to provide receivership services. Took possession of three distribution warehouses, prepared an inventory of all assets. Over an eleven month period, the Receiver negotiated more than 100 separate sales of perishable and non-perishable foodstuffs, dry goods and personal property. Returned leased warehouse and storage facilities to their respective landlords. Reviewed the companies accounting systems to perfect valuable receivable and instituted a comprehensive collection plan.
