Twelve working almond farms located on Northern California.

Scope of Work:
Served as disbursing agent for client under loan forbearance agreement. Following default, performed various receivership services. Negotiated with and retained third-party farm management and custom farming operations. Completed rezoning of 372 acres to Industrial Planned Development use. Liquidated all farmlands and equipment, selling the land at above-appraisal values.
