Six operating lemon and orange ranches located in Central California.

Scope of Work:
Managed the operations of working ranches including crop production, harvest operations, and fruit sales. Receivership services included onsite management, human resources, marketing, accounting, sales, customer service, negotiations with suppliers and vendors as well as handling water, cultivation, utilities and environmental regulation compliance.
