Project Description:
A food manufacturer and distributor of Italian cheese and food products. A & J had multiple operations throughout locations in the greater Los Angeles area including manufacturing, distribution and storage facilities.

Scope of Work:
Appointed by the Superior Court of the State of California to provide receivership services. Replaced management, retained employees and operated the business for approximately six months prior to implementing the liquidation of inventories. Negotiated the sale of the business. Performed forensic accounting and managed a receivables portfolio in excess of $50 million. Served as the custodian of the records and facilitated various agencies with multiple investigations.
