Project Description:
US Logistics is the third largest provider of commercial transportation services from Tijuana into United States. US Logistics primarily provides services to manufactures of high-tech commodities.

Scope of Work:
Served as Receiver and conducted forensic accounting work. Responsibilities included researching sales and commissions earned by US Logistics, oversight of US and Mexican operations, prosecution of certain claims for assets stripped from the company by ownership, and ultimate liquidation of the business.
