Project Description:
Douglas P. Wilson was appointed as the Successor Trustee for the pension plan.

Scope of Work:
As Successor Trustee, performed an extensive accounting to assemble the books and records of the pension plan. Also served as the custodian of the assets and oversaw all money management functions. Coordinated an audit of the plan and a filed for a pension plan termination and distribution with the Internal Revenue Service.
