Project Description:
A 321-unit condominium conversion of an upscale apartment complex within a master planned community in the Perimeter Mall area of metropolitan Atlanta.
 

Scope of Work:
Douglas Wilson Companies was appointed by the Superior Court of Fulton County Georgia to take custody, control and possession of all assets of the Receivership Estate to renovate, market and sell the unsold condominium units. Subsequent to appointment, DWC retained a nationally recognized management firm to implement and facilitate a rental program and to manage the daily activities of the Homeowners Association. DWC successfully served in the role of developer to coordinate sales, construction and rental activities, establish and implement a revitalizing media program, negotiate construction costs and revise the construction program, appeal real estate tax values on 233 unsold units, and coordinate the developer’s responsibilities and obligations relating to the Homeowners Association.
