Project Description:
The Mark is a $155 million full block, mixed-use development located in Downtown San Diego's East Village neighborhood, one block from the San Diego Padres Petco Park. The project includes a 33-story tower with 233 condominium units, ground floor retail space, and approximately 450 subterranean parking spaces. The tower is a poured-in-place concrete structure featuring a metal panel and glass curtain wall system that provides residents with floor-to-ceiling glass and panoramic ocean and city views. The remainder of the block is wrapped by 11 two-story townhomes with a private entrance and drop off street. Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, spa, and landscaped open space areas.
Scope of Work:
Douglas Wilson Companies is responsible for all aspects of the development process including land acquisition, entitlements, design coordination, project financing, construction management, and sales and marketing.
