Project Description:
A 336-unit condominium development located one mile east of Disney World and two miles south of Sea World in Orlando, Florida.
 

Scope of Work:
Douglas Wilson was appointed Receiver by the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida to provide various receivership services. As Receiver, DWC preserved and protected assets by engaging third-party sales and management teams, revised and resubmitted the necessary condominium documents to the various regulatory agencies, resolved open real estate tax issues, negotiated sales contracts with individual buyers and coordinated developer's responsibilities and obligations regarding the existing homeowners association.
