A proposed development in the unincorporated area of Spring Valley, CA, consisting of a master planned community on 52 acres, including 155 townhomes and a 100 unit apartment community. Approximately 29 acres will be preserved as biological open space.
Scope of Work
Douglas Wilson Companies has worked closely with the County’s Planning and Development Services staff and the Spring Valley community over the past year in the planning of this significant project. DWC is currently in the process of securing entitlements. Final approvals are expected during the first quarter of 2017.
