Project Description

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC), agent for Receiver, was tasked to take possession, custody and control of the property.

Scope of Work

DWC supervised the day-to-day business operations of the property, property management, and facilitated leasing, marketing and due diligence for disposition of the asset.

Project Resolution

Property was sold, purportedly one of the largest transactions to close in Orange County in the 12 months preceding the sale.
