Project Description

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC) served as disbursing agent under a loan forbearance agreement. Following default on the loan, DWC executed various receivership services.

Scope of Work

DWC negotiated with and retained third party farm management and custom farming operations to care for, preserve and maintain the farms. DWC completed the rezoning of 372 acres to Industrial Planned Development use.

Project Resolution

Ultimately, DWC liquidated all farmlands and equipment, selling the land at above appraisal values.
