Project Description

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC), agent for the Receiver, was tasked to take possession, custody and control of the business premises and collateral assets.

Scope of Work

After the Receiver assumed control of the firm’s leading accounts, collections and warehouse inventory, DWC successfully negotiated with suppliers in China and Italy in order to fulfill outstanding orders with the company’s retail clients, including, but not limited to, Nordstrom’s, Saks Fifth Avenue and Designer Shoe Warehouse.
