Engaged as exclusive listing agent to value all assets, make pricing recommendations, and set “strike prices.” The engagement included the authorization to accept offers subject to court approval and overbid procedure.

Scope of Work

Marketed and managed the sale of each property including contract negotiation and documentation, escrow and title coordination, bankruptcy court approval, and close of escrow.

Project Resolution

All properties were sold above minimum thresholds and all sales were approved by the bankruptcy court. The total dollar consideration recovered exceeded $18M.
