Project Description:
The Crossings at Otay Ranch is a 168-unit apartment complex located in the heart of the Otay Ranch master planned community in Chula Vista, California.

Scope of Work:
Douglas Wilson Companies was retained to oversee the conversion of this project from apartments to condominiums. Responsibilities included securing all required entitlements for the conversion, Department of Real estate subdivision report processing, and providing sales and marketing services.
