Project Description:
Las Americas is a planned 1,400,000 square foot mixed use project located in San Diego, California at the United States/Mexican border.

Scope of Work:
Performed property management and leasing services for 400,000 square feet of high-end retail space. Oversaw construction of a 200,000 square foot expansion of this property and assisted in the effort to rezone a portion of it to accommodate 300 multi-family residential units.
