Client: M.L. Lawrence Trust
Project Description: A 675,000-square-foot office complex on the San Francisco Bay waterfront, adjacent to Pacific Bell Park, home of the San Francisco Giants.
Scope of Work: Retained under a development services agreement to oversee all aspects of repositioning this asset. Services included coordinating the planning effort, resolving numerous entitlement, construction, and seismic retrofit issues, overseeing the onsite management team, and leasing the property from 70% to 91% occupancy in 18 months before selling the project for $85 million in December 1997.
