CentrePoint is a $95 million mixed-use residential development including 97 for-sale town homes, 203 for-sale flats including 15,000 square feet of live/work space located in the Crossroads Redevelopment District of San Diego, California.

Scope of Work:
Douglas Wilson Companies is the managing partner of the development entity and is responsible for land acquisition, entitlements, financing, and sales functions.
