- Develop and implement structure for the sale of the portfolio(s);
- Proceed with targeted marketing of the portfolio to the secondary market to include pension fund, life companies, equity opportunity funds, real estate investment funds and individuals;
- Execute and close transactions with assistance in negotiating and finalizing sale documents.
