Monterey Place LLC, with Douglas Wilson Companies as its managing member, Acquires Land Parcel, for Single-Family Housing Development
Monterey Place LLC, with Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC) as its managing member, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 3.9-acre land parcel in San Diego County that is slated for development of 23 entry level, single family homes.
The west Chula Vista, Calif. property is the former site of Concordia Lutheran Church and School in a single-family residential neighborhood just three miles from the bayfront. The Chula Vista bayfront is currently undergoing a major redevelopment into a thriving residential and world-class waterfront resort destination that will attract new residents and visitors to the area.
Groundbreaking for Monterey Place is scheduled for December with production homes to be delivered in the second quarter of 2016. The project includes 23 two-story single-family homes with two floor plans of four- and five-bedrooms, ranging from 1,708 square feet to 1,973 square feet on 5,000 square-foot lots.
Monterey Place is well located with easy access to downtown San Diego in the rapidly growing Chula Vista area. DWC utilized its expertise in residential development as well as knowledge of the San Diego market to envision for the site that will meet the needs of a growing homeowner demographic.
