On August 24, 2011, Douglas P. Wilson was appointed as Receiver of the Historic Del Monte Warehouse and Encinal Terminal in Alameda, CA.

The project consists of 50 acres of historic industrial buildings including The Del Monte building, an iconic red-brick structure across from Littlejohn Park, as well as warehouses and terminals on Alameda Island.

Project Description
A 7,000 acre four-season resort and residential community offering world class alpine, snowboarding and cross country skiing, championship golf on a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. signature course, biking and hiking trails, white-water rafting, fishing, swimming, and boating.

Scope of Work
DWC’s initial receivership task included the in-depth review of all departmental operations (lodging, food and beverage, recreational activities, and construction) for purposes of preparing a 90 Day Budget to prepare the Resort for the winter ski season and orchestrate the winterization of all construction projects. Currently, DWC supervises all resort personnel while overseeing the resort’s winter operations. Additionally, DWC is supervising the construction/winterization of the Resort’s Village Plaza and residential development while adhering to all environmental, regulatory, and governmental agencies. Other tasks include the implementation of a winter Marketing Plan, the transfer and operations of numerous liquor licenses, the verification of all escrow monies, and the review of all pending legal matters.

On August 16, 2011, Douglas P. Wilson was appointed as Receiver of Davidson Reinforcing Company, Inc., a San Diego-based rebar & foundation design company.

Davidson Reinforcing Company, Inc. is a leading post-tension foundation design team. The company specializes in design/build/assist for military, commercial and residential foundation design. DRC fabricates and ships from their San Marcos, CA facility to any project in the state. The company is PTI Certified and has completed a variety of project types in their 15 year history, including slab-on-grade, podium, elevated deck, caissons, parking structures, and many military projects.
