One of Douglas Wilson Companies ongoing projects, located in the Payette River Mountains 90 miles north of Boise, Idaho, is Tamarack Resort. This 7,000 acre four-season resort offers world class alpine and cross country skiing, championship golf on a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. signature course, mountain hiking and biking trails, zip lines and recreational boating on the adjacent Lake Cascade. It is the first newly permitted four-season resort in North America in more than two decades.

DWC was initially tasked with the in-depth review of all departmental operations including lodging, food and beverage, recreational activities and construction for purposes of preparing the resort for the winter ski season and orchestrating the winterization of all construction projects. DWC currently supervises all resort personnel while overseeing the resort’s winter operations and preserving the collateral for the underlying loan.
